Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement , www.dropybaby.com It has been prepared to regulate the rights and obligations between the Buyer and the Seller in all product sales made through.

Buyer:
www.dropybaby.com All natural/legal persons who place orders through.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is the Buyer's www.dropybaby.com It is the determination of the procedures and principles regarding the sales and delivery of products ordered electronically through.
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the price, features, payment and delivery terms of the products he/she orders.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Product details, sales price, quantity and payment method are included on the order confirmation screen.

  • Payment is collected via credit card/debit card or via payment methods active on the site.

  • Prices include VAT.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Dropy Baby makes all shipments via DHL Express .

  • Orders are prepared and delivered to DHL within 1 business day .

  • Shipping costs are completely free.

  • DHL delivery time may vary between 1-3 business days depending on the recipient's country.

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and contact information for delivery.

Buyer can track the shipment via email or SMS.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
However , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the packaging is opened for health and hygiene reasons for the following products:

  • Bottle

  • Manual breast pump

  • Silicone teether

  • Pacifiers and all similar mother-baby hygiene products

❗ If the packaging of the product has not been opened, the right of withdrawal is valid.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Once the product reaches Dropy Baby, it will be inspected within 3 business days .

  • If the return is approved, the fee will be refunded using the same payment method.

  • Banks' refund reflection time may vary between 1-7 business days .

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the buyer notices any damage to the cargo during delivery , he/she must have the cargo officer draw up a report and contact Dropy Baby.
If the product is defective due to factory reasons, Dropy Baby undertakes to replace the product with a new one.

8. DATA PRIVACY (KVKK)

Dropy Baby uses the Buyer's personal data only in the ordering process.
It will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

9. DISPUTES

Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.
