Delivery Information

At Dropy Baby, we work with DHL Express to ship your orders safely and quickly.

  • Shipping is free for orders over 850 TL.

  • Your orders will be prepared and delivered to DHL Express within 1 business day .

  • DHL delivery times usually range from 1-3 business days .

  • When your order is shipped , the cargo tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and email.

Shipping Fees

  • For orders under 850 TL, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

  • Shipping is free for orders over 850 TL.

  • No extra fee is required.

Damaged Packages

If you notice any tears, impacts or crushing on your package during delivery , have the courier report it to us and contact us immediately.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Since Dropy Baby serves in the mother-baby category, some products are not accepted for return due to hygiene rules.

The following products are not eligible for return once the packaging has been opened:

  • Bottle

  • breast pump

  • Silicone teether

  • Pacifiers and all other hygiene products

❗ You have 14 days to return unopened and unused products .

For a refund request:

Return Process

  • Once the product reaches us, it will be checked within 3 business days .

  • If deemed appropriate, your fee will be refunded using the same payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected.
